Flexographic Clichés
Moldiflex provides flexographic Clichés for the major printing markets, such as:
Liquid
Liquid photopolymer clichés are especially suitable for printing corrugated board. Due to its low hardness, it adapts to the card, providing an ink coverage unmatched by other hardnesses. If necessary, the cliché can be executed with capping, which guarantees excellent quality in wefts and fine lines.
The most common calibers provide are as follows:
Solid plates manufactured by Moldiflex are intended for flexo-graphic printing with high requirements for print quality and durability. They are primarily intended to be used in the printing of flexible packaging and labels. Dot reproduction runs from 1% to 95% on the analog plate and 1% to 98% on the digital.
