- InlineRegister Control (IRC) provides robust and accurate contol of color register. Control is optimized to work harmoniously with the register motors providing fast and precise adjustment. IRC also carefully evaulates the entire surface and maintains exact cocking register throughout the run, even despite changing tension and release characteristics to ensure optimal registration quality.
- InlineFanout Control (IFC) measures the fanout effect with additional color register marks that are distributed across the entire web. One unique feature is the non-contact image correction rollers, which, unlike in other systems, are arranged on both sides of the web. IFC not only lifts the web, but bends the paper into a defined sinus curve before the printing nip. This enables precise correction of the paper web width across a large adjustment range.
- The cut-off register control ICC offers extremely fast control of the cut-off and the position of the webs and ribbons through the interaction of control functions, system features, and the mounting position. In combination with the leading PECOM automation, ICC adds unique advantages resulting from the most powerful component presetting for web presses. As a consequence, significant waste reduction is achieved while ensuring consistently high print product quality.
- ICC is complemented by the world's fastest cut-off register control system, ICCd (d=dynamic). Corporate News: manroland Goss expects more orders and higher profitability in 2021
- In the financial year 2020, the Group generated sales of EUR 220 million and positive earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of EUR 3.2 million (1.4%).
- A significant increase in incoming orders, especially for new web offset presses, and a further stabilization of profitability are forecasted for 2021.
- With the acquisition of the THALLO packaging printing technology, the company adds to its range of ecologically beneficial and efficient packaging printing solutions next to VARIOMAN.
- VARIOMAN and THALLO as well as all other innovations are currently being presented by manroland Goss at the virtual.drupa trade show.
