DQ - High power (200/cm) air-fluid cooled UV curing system

The new dichroic reflectors mod. DQ by G Technologies have been purposely designed to dry heat-sensitive UV products by assuring high production speeds and low temperatures when printing. They are realized in special aluminium extrusions and can be installed both on C.I. drum and on stack machines.
The vacuum created by cooling fans as well as the forced circulation cooling fluid and the antireflection protection guards assure low operation temperatures and absolute safety to operators as well as safeguard of the work place.
The rotation of reflectors is synchronized with printing machine and allows its stops without putting out lamps which automatically function at reduced power.
Reflectors are easily removable both for web insertion and for maintenance.
Special quartz inserts duly treated with dielectric material multilayer deposit are interposed in order to obtain a very good UV ray reflection and a considerable infrared radiation reduction.
The reflectors mod. DQ are predisposed to be used under inert atmosphere and can be supplied with specific powers up to 240 W/cm and 2000 mm. arc.

DQ-1 - High power (240 W/cm) air-fluid cooled UV curing system

The new dichroic reflectors mod. DQ1 by G Technologies stand for an evolution if compared with the reflectors mod. DQ and have been purposely designed to reach high production speeds and low temperatures when printing. They are realized in sturdy aluminium extrusions and can be installed both on C.I. drum machines (spaces permitting) and on stack ones. RWQ - High power (240 W/cm) fully air-cooled UV curing system

The new reflectors mod. RQW have been designed by G Technologies to meet the needs of particularly high powers which are present in the market of wide web printing machines. They are extremely sturdy and made by four anodized aluminium extrusions and a light outside case. Reflector inside surface is covered by special dichroic mirrors able to reflect 98% of ultraviolet radiation and to absorb more than 85% of infrared radiation. Also the reflectors RQW are inside cooled by forced air to assure an efficient and economic elimination of produced heat and ozone. The inside geometries have been purposely studied in order to reduce UV lamp contamination from ink and varnish volatile particles as well as dust. The reflectors RQW can be supplied with specific powers up to 240 W/cm and 1050 mm. arc.

The new range of the reflectors mod. RQN-1 realized by G Technologies joins a high lamp specific power to small dimensions which allow their installation on most of
narrow web machines which are nowadays present on the market. The new reflectors mod. RQN-1 are made of an extremely sturdy and light compact structure consisting of the assembly of four anodized aluminium extrusions.
