The Lamina FASLINE EDGE is a fully automatic high speed sheet-to-sheet laminating/mounting machine. The machine is equipped with both the Lamina Edge-to-Edge register for high precision registration and the all-new Lamina on-the- y register for continuous, non-stop registration with adjustable overlap by the press of a button. The machine has a high capacity rear edge top feeder that allows for loading pallets directly in to the unit for short stops due reloading. Bottom sheets are fed in to the machine by using a servo controlled non-stop belt feeder. The feeder is equipped with a heavy duty vacuum system to assure for reliable feeding of a various of materials.

Automatic substrate sheet feeder
For automatic feeding of the bottom sheet. The sheets are fed by continuous running belts. The stack is filled from the top. The feeder is designed to handle materials with a thickness from 0,6 mm up to 10 mm.

Automatic top sheet feeder
For automatic feeding of top sheets. Suction cups pick up the top sheet from the stack and transport it to the top sheet conveyor. The feeder is designed to handle materials 150-450 gm/m2.
 
Precision gluing unit
The gluing units for accurate application of cold PVA glue to the upper surface of the substrates are equipped with automatic glue dispenser directly connected to the glue container. The glue is automatically kept under control by a sensor. During machine standstill the rotation speed of the rollers is reduced to a low idling speed. the precision gluing unit can be made fully accessible for easy cleaning by vertically swinging the top and bottom sheet conveyors up and out of the way.
 
Laminating station
Here the operator can choose Edge-to-Edge register or On-the-fly.

Popupline is an innovative and unique one-phase/one-pass fully automated production line, high speed & high capacity, non-stop gluing and folding machine incorporating ‘Pick and Place’, for the production of the display product ‘Pop-up’.
 
AUTOMATIC POPUP MACHINE
The process is achieved by an automated production line for mounting the Display product “Popup”. The idea is that the product should be 100% recyclable with minimal environmental impact as possible.

The Inlays - Pappy®
The Inlay support of the Popup display carries the brand name “Pappy®”. Pappy® is manufactured completely from corrugated cardboard based on the recommended material specification.
Furthermore, Pappy® may also be communicated in printed form. All products displaying “Pappy” must be manufactured in accordance with approved design and product quality, and be original from the outset.
 
The Popup
The two outer panels are assembled together to form a cylindrical/pillar type shape by means of a combined folding & inline gluing process along the length of each side. To create and maintain its intended cylindrical shape, interior support(s) is/are mounted/positioned (Pappy). The number of supports used is determined by the type of display produced. Variations of the interior support(s) design are available and may be procured subject to discussion and subsequent agreement. The visible surface of the Popup should also be made from recommended cardboard.

The Lamina semi-automatic Basic is a sheet-to-sheet laminating/mounting machine. It is an entry level machine that can expand your nishing business for a low investment.

The Lamina SA is a sheet-to-sheet semi-automatic laminating/mounting machine. It has an automatic suction cup feeder for bottom sheets and a hand fed operation for top sheets. The machine is very operator-friendly, and because of the modular construction it allows upgrading to fully automatic with little or no disruption.
A varying amount of top and bottom sheets can be handled in the machine, and because of its compact size the machine is very easy to integrate in your working area.

FOLDER GLUER
The Lamina Folder Gluer is a very compact and effective fully automatic folder gluer. The machine is equipped with a non-stop suction belt feeder and a variety of guides and belts to handle standard one-point glued boxes or three-point glued crash lock boxes.
Quick set-up is very easily achieved due to the compact construction and the machine is able to run even small quantities, maintaining a high quality.
The machine is a perfect solution to go from manual to automatic gluing operations for a low investment.

Automatic sheet feeder:

Sheets are feed by four vacuum belts with a heavy duty vacuum fan for handling various materials.

Glue equipment:

The gluing unit is hot melt standard but could be a combination of hot melt and cold glue. Programing of the glueline is easily done from the touch screen and can be saved for repeat orders.

Registration unit:

The registration unit is adjustable for different flaps and is controlled by a combination of mechanical pushing system and photocells.

Folding unit:

The folding of the box is done by a set-up guide system. The folding unit are with an easy set-up adjusted to fit for a number of different constructions of boxes.

Set-up:

All moduls are placed on tracks on the floor and are movable. This system provides the operator with full access to the machine and enables an easy and quick set-up.

Displayline is an innovative and unique one- phase/one-pass fully automated production line, high speed & high capacity, non-stop gluing and folding machine incorporating “Pick & Place” for the production of the display product.

AUTOMATIC DISPLAY MACHINE
A high speed & high capacity fully automatic non-stop gluing & folding machine incorporating “Pick & Place”, for the production of 1 to 3 part Point of Sale (POS) displays and standard displays of simple or complex configurations. The uniqueness of the Displayline is its ability to achieve a one phase / one pass production line ready for direct packing & onward distribution to the customer.

A non-stop automatic vacuum belt feeder that has the capacity to accommodate up to 3 separate parts of the display. Pick & Place phase aligns parts of the display, applies the glue string(s), while the Pick & Place simultaneously collects and positions the 3rd part of the display with pin-point accuracy. Preparation for the manual mounting of insert(s)/support(s). A final series of glue string(s) are applied with precision, in preparation for the final folding sequence. The completed display passes through a Press Station which provides effective and sufficient pressure. The robot Pick & Place automatically collects the completed display from the conveyor system and delivers it onto a pallet for final packaging and distribution directly to the customer.

The package design
The Fefco 410 is a fold-type box with tray and lid from one piece cardboard for packing items that are low in height but, with its flexibility in width and length it is ideal for signs & displays, and of course, a multitude of industry and household items. With its multi-layer corners and sides it is a strong and stable box for stacking on pallets and to protect the packed products during the transportation.

The Lamina Glueline is a fully automatic non-stop gluing and folding machine for one piece or two piece boxes. The machine works with two heavy duty vacuum controlled belt feeders which feed in the one or two pieces. By using Lamina’s registration system and non-stop feeder, the machine is extremely e ective for two piece boxes. The Glueline can work with hot-melt, cold glue or a combination of both. The machine feeds in one or two pieces into the two piece registration unit after applying glue and then continues to the next station for folding, gluing and nal nishing. The Glueline is built in modules that can be separated for full access during set-up and o ers a choice of units depending on requirements.

The high speed laminating/mounting machine FASLINE is a one operator machine, especially developed for thicker bottom sheet material, such as open or double faced corrugated, foam board, cardboard etc.

During machine standstill the rotation speed of the rollers is reduced to a low idling speed. the precision gluing unit can be made fully accessible for easy cleaning by vertically swinging the top and bottom sheet conveyors up and out of the way.

Laminating station
In the automatic laminating station, the top and bottom sheets are automatically controlled by the registration system. The sheets are registered automatically at the edge as well as at the operator side. Photocells prevent the lamination process unless both sheets are properly positioned.

Press station
This unit consists of an adjustable press roller system ensuring perfect lamination.

Stacking table
For the stacking of finished products. the table can be turned and pulled out acc to requirements.

PLC control system
The Lamina PLC control system includes: Touch screen monitor, continuous display of operating status, display of set up procedures for machine functions, touch screen activation of controlled machine functions and complete diagnostic screen with visual alarm.

The Lamina Gluer is a manual fed in-line folding, gluing and taping machine. By the genius construction it is able to handle various sizes of different materials.
The tool free set-up allows a quick change over even for short runs. Options for the machine include cold glue, back support unit, tape applicator etc.

The Lamina gluer is a straight line gluing machine constructed on a sturdy frame of extruded, anodized aluminium profiles. the machine is designed for manual feeding of diecut, creased and slotted materials. The blanks are positioned by the operator and the hot melt unit applies the glue during the passage through the machine. the length and the exact position of the glue line are easily pre-set - PLC + Touch screen.
A system of press rollers ensures perfect adhesion and guides the glued blanks to a stacking unit wich is easily adjustable for different sizes. the machine is equipped with adjustable and interchangeable side guides also allowing gluing of 2-piese boxes. Tha Lamina Gluer is delivered ready-made for connection to the electrical and pneumatical systems.

WS and FWS
The Lamina Working Station is a free standing module or an option for the Hot-Melt Gluer. As an option the free standing module can be equipped with its own programmable Hot-Melt unit for up to 4 glue guns.

Transport:
The Material is transported by four vacuum belts, witch bring the sheets to the stop bar for further operations.

The vacuum is created by a fan, that controls the sheets for easy handling and perfect registration.

During production the operator has full access above the sheets for further mounting due to the vacuum belt system.

Pressure rollers:
The material is passing two pressure rollers in the end of the machine for a perfect tack.

Registration:
The registration is +/- 1 mm and is done with a combination of a photocell and a pusher guide. The operator is using side lays to get an easy mounting procedure in the station.

WS
The Lamina Working Station is an option for the Lamina Gluer. The product is fed through the Gluer that will apply the programmed glue lines and continue into the Working Station where it is positioned on the vacuum belts. The second piece is mounted and positioned by using side lays and pneumatic stops for high quality finishing. The unit is adjustable to suit a range of products from single to multi part displays, boxes, large back supports, shelves and many more.

FWS
The Lamina Free Standing Working Station is a highly exible machine for hot-melt gluing where cold gluing could be added as an option. The Working Station is equipped with its own progammable glue unit for up to four glue guns.
The material is fed manually directly into the Working Station. After applying the glue the sheet is controlled by four vacuum belts for perfect registration.
The Working Station is epecially developed for larger multi-part displays, shelves, large back supports etc.
