IBF Eco DOP is a thermal, negative photopolymer plate, which does not require any chemical processing for its development.
Eco DOP is carefully packaged, to maintain its quality and performance while protecting from the effects of light, temperature and humidity.
EcoDOP plates provide cost reduction, while they develop directly on press through the first plate cilinder revolutions during press start-up. After initial plate wetting with the fount solution, the non-image area coating is transferred to the first unsellable press sheets, leading to clean sellable copy after only 15 sheets.
Eco DOP reproduces screen dots from 1% to 99% at 200 LPI while it can be imaged on any Thermal (800 -830 nm) CTPs equipment currently in the market.
Printing with regular inks, IBF specifies 150,000 prints (customers exceeded 200,000 copies on web presses). Run lengths always depend on the press conditions, the care of the press operator as well as on the paper, ink, and fount solution in use.
Printing with UV inks the specification is 50,000 impressions (though customers exceeded 75,000 impressions).

IBF Million DV is a proven robust violet sensitive chemistry-free offset plate designed for demanding newspaper and commercial printers. Million DV is highly sensitive at 35 μJ/cm2 and develops in a traditional pre-heat processor, using IBF's dedicated Million DV Developer. It features high resolution (1-99% at 200 lpi) and runs up to 250.000 prints (depending on print conditions). Million DV has high abrasion resistance, fast roll-up and low water consumption for further savings during print. Million DV is in daily use at many well known newspaper printers in Latin America, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

IBF HN-FDL Film
