Digital Converting Machine ZERO is the first step in automated, high-volume production in the packaging and display market.
Most lines in packaging and display designs run along the X and Y directions.
ZERO focuses on this point, with stages dedicated to each part of the job: One stage for X lines, one stage for Y lines, and one for diagonal and freeform lines.
All three stages in the patented Triple Table System work simultaneously to increase production, and get packaging and displays into customers's hands faster.

The process is as simple as opening a CAD file and pressing start.
Loading and Unloading units feed into the machine and stack outgoing sheets without operator intervention.
With Feeding, Processing at each stage, and Stacking, multiple sheets are being worked on at once.
Digital converting is done quickly and automatically, freeing up the operator for other work in the factory.

ZERO has four models available:
     > ZERO F: 1-Stage Automated Production System. A single table equipped with feeding and stacking automation features. The standard ZERO model.
     > ZERO FF: 2-Stage Side-by-Side Automated System. Two tables connected by a single loader and unloader doubles the speed of your production.
     > ZERO XYF: 3-Stage High Speed Automated System. Sheets move through each stage on shuttle tables, each stage handling a different part of the job simultaneously.
     > ZERO XYFF: 4-Stage High-Speed Automated System. A second Free Stage allows handling even more processing simultaneously, maximizing your display production output efficiency.

ZERO also has a wide variety of options to include for your automation and production needs:
     > Camera System: ZERO's camera reads marks on from underneath and aligns the material, all without interrupting the production process.
     > Blade Inspection: The system inspects cutting of the material at user-set intervals to ensure that materials are cut properly.
     > Tape Units: The ZERO system can provide CAD-assigned tape application in any direction with the addition of tape dispenser units.
