Be present – 24/7: Optimize your communication with the industry before and during the virtual.drupa! We explain step by step how you can best present yourself online in just a few minutes. Provide all the important information for your customers and visitors in a clear and concise manner – simply and quickly!
You can log in to virtual.drupa.de at any point on the portal with your user name and password. You received your access data with your admission as an exhibitor.
Go to "Exhibition Space" - "Exhibitor information" and then "Dashboard" to view the status of your online showroom. From there, click on "Complete exhibitor profile" to edit your entries. The data entry system is easy to use and only takes a few minutes.
If you are logged in to the portal, you can also call up your online showroom directly and find the link "Edit profile" there.
Introduce yourself: Click "Edit profile" to add further content to your Online Showroom. These include free services such as contact persons, company news, your company profile and general company data. In addition, you can book product categories as well as the insertion of a logo or video for a small surcharge via the OOS. The entries are briefly presented below.
Give your company a face: Enter one or more colleagues who can be contacted in case of questions and interest in your company. Add your contact's details and a photo.
Our range of products - Product categories
Show your product diversity via the booked product categories. You can book these via the virtual.drupa OOS. The product categories make it quicker and easier for visitors to find you, both on the web and in the drupa app.
Guide the way to your profile: Show your product range and diversity by adding product categories. You can also book this option through the virtual.drupa OOS. Thanks to the stored product categories, visitors will find you faster and easier in the printed show catalogue, on the web and in the drupa app. Once you have booked your product categories, you can also present individual products with images and text and assign them to product categories.
Present your innovations: In the "Company news" section you can upload news about your company or teasers for your product innovations. Titles, texts and images attract attention to the topics you want to focus on. Especially interesting: Your messages are automatically available in the press area under "Company news" and in the drupa app.
Connect with the industry: To integrate your social networks, whether it's Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or others, click "Add social networks". You will then be shown a selection list of the various social networks, which you can use to link your Showroom to your social media profiles.
About us - Company details and Company data
Tell your story: In the "About us" section you can show your profile visitors what your company is all about. Add further information such as a company portrait, company data or PDFs about your company. At this point you can also integrate a suitable background image or your logo – you can find more information on this below under "Company logo".
A strong corporate design image: You have the possibility to book branding options for your profile through OOS. Integrate your logo into the page header and add your own background image by clicking "Edit background image". This way you can welcome visitors with your personal corporate design and create recognition value for the real trade fair appearance.
Stand out: You bring your profile to life with appealing pictures, product or image videos and interviews. Distinguish yourself from other profiles with a strong, visual appearance and give your visitors the opportunity to get to know your company and your products in more detail. You can upload pictures free of charge under "Exhibitor media data". Video options can be booked in the virtual.drupa OOS.
